How will these “agency’s” be monitored? Could a grievance procedure be structured so the users of these agancies could moniter, report on the agancy’s compliance with their intended tasks?
Elections: Define the power of the people to “run” government. Such as planning and implementing law and acts, as well as actions.
Equality in elections (how?) re: monied interests etc.
Accuracy in elections (what is necessary?)
Method to hold accountability in the hands of the people
