European Union (EU)
Commission outlaws Free Speech, ends “Common Law”
THE European Court of Justice ruled yesterday that the European Union can lawfully suppress political criticism of its institutions and of leading figures, sweeping aside English Common Law and 50 years of European precedents on civil liberties.
The case is regarded as
significant because Article 50 of the EU's new Charter of Fundamental Rights
states in almost identical language that the rights of EU citizens can be
suspended in pursuit of the "general interests of the Union",
whatever those may be. The ECJ's 11 Euro-judges in this case will rule on
whether the EU has given itself the power to limit political freedoms. The
opinion will be written by Judge Melchior Wathelet, best known as the Belgian
justice minister who bungled the Dutroux pedophile affair. ALL countries of
Europe, who belong to EU, have lost their sovereignty.
Each community is given a “seat”
in the EU “Committee of the Regions”. This sounds like each community is
“governing” but look how their power has been usurped. Treaty
Than there are other
“idiosyncrasies” of the Unions, which are also uncontrollable. Idiosyncrasies.
