The PEOPLE of North America fought their oppressors to gain independence. The PEOPLE Declared their Independence and condemned all oppression. The PEOPLE created a government of Confederate States. Finding this government wanting, The People required a new Constitution of government to be formed, and ratified.
The United States of America is a Federal Republican Government. It is NOT a democracy and it has few ‘free-doms’. Liberty is provided citizens, which requires individuals to be responsible and practising the social behaviour of virtue.
The prime purpose of this government, identified in Federalist #3 is Safety of the people. Basically this represents security for the preservation of peace and tranquility, as well as against dangers from foreign arms and influence, and perhaps the greatest, from dangers of domestic causes.
To this government, people were elected to carry out the principles and virtues decreed by the people.
Now, in 2002, we have many decisions regarding our safety. It can be seen by hind site that there have been covert and overt actions which were not ratified by the people. These actions were taken with deceit and damn lies. In fact a movie has been made of the CIA sending false information to the US Congress as well as the People of the US.
President Bush was elected to govern the United States according to the Constitution which establishes this nation.
NO SINGLE PERSON, NO PRESIDENT HAS THE POWER TO MAKE A DECISION ON THEIR OWN TO TAKE THE UNITED STATES AND ALL IT’S PEOPLE INTO WAR !
THE REQUIREMENT IS THAT CONGRESS MUST AURTHORISE ANY COVERT OR OVERT AGGRESSIVE ACTION FIRST!
THUS THE PEOPLE DECIDE IF AGGRESSION WILL OCCURR !
President Bush declared he was going to invade Afghanistan
LONG BEFORE the action was permitted by congress. Talks between the Bush
administration and the Taliban began in February 2001, shortly after Bush's
inauguration. A Taliban emissary arrived in
Washington in March with presents for the new chief executive, including an
expensive Afghan carpet. But the talks themselves were less than cordial.
Brisard said, "At one moment during the negotiations, the US
representatives told the Taliban, 'either you accept our offer of a carpet of
gold, or we bury you under a carpet of bombs'.
"US Officials announce 11 July 2001 that the U.S. is planning military strikes against Afghanistan in October.
Could this aggressive war mongering have caused a “reappraisal” such as the 9 11 attack?
President Bush DID NOT FIRST seek approval from the people as required by the Constitution. President Bush aggressively engaged Afghanistan and than sought permission to engage them.
February 15 2002 US Special forces entered Iraq from Turkey. This action is without Congressional approval for the aggressive action of War on Iraq.
President Bush DIRECTLY violated the US Constitution and his office in doing this. President Bush is CONTINUEING to violate the US Constitution by aggressively taking this United States of America into WAR against virtually any country President Bush arbitrarily chooses, without any approval to do so what so ever !
President Bush has stated that sixty countries are likely to be attacked in his “war plan”.
President Bush was NOT elected to use the US Military to further the Bush family oil corporation or any other corporation. President Bush was elected to administer the United States of America according to the United States Constitution.
This arrogant and imperialist behavior by the President of These United States must be stopped as is provided in the Constitution of These United States.
The divided powers of the US Constitution demand that the Judiciary and the Congress STOP the Administration from violating our US Constitution !
Therefore, I demand that you, my elected Representative and Senators immediately take action to STOP President Bush from taking these Un-Constitutional Actions and began administering his office according to the PEOPLES directive. If President Bush Fails to do this I ask that Congress immediately remove President Bush from Office pending a full investigation of this matter. If the remaining administration continues to violate the Constitution, that Congress take over the Administration until such time as a new administration can be elected.
Immediate and total investigations must be made into the CIA, and Corporations which are taking control of Government decisions. The Sovereignty of this Nation is at stake. The Congress has a responsibility to license and control corporations. The Congress has failed to adequately supervise corporations and indeed has often succumbed to the Corporate demands.
